Aziza Bouhayoufi

Aziza has been with the Rathenau Institute since February 2007. She assists the HRM manager and is responsible for general administration of personnel matters, including recruitment and selection procedures.

Academic background and career
In 1999, Aziza gained her diploma in Social and Legal Administration, specializing in HRM Management. She then joined a recruitment and selection agency as account assistant and has worked in the personnel department of a major international offshore organization.
