Christian has a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Utrecht, where he specialised in ‘Questions of policy and organization’. He started his career at a reintegration agency. After that, he was a Human Resource Professional and Advisor for a secondment agency, working on several human resource projects. Christian is a commissioner of the NVP (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeel & Organisatie, the Dutch association for human resource management) in the province of South-Holland. There, he helps organise workshops on HR-related topics.
