Drs. Heleen van Kooij

Heleen joined the Rathenau Institute staff in February 2009. She is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Institute's website.

Academic background and career
Heleen studied Art and Culture before joining Theater Hal 4 in Rotterdam. She later spent six years as webmaster for the Netherlands Red Cross and two years as web editor for The Hague Regional Police Service.
