Margot is a researcher at the Rathenau Institute since November 2018. She is involved with the collection and analysis of quantitative data concerning the Dutch science system. Margot works on publications about facts and figures regarding various aspects of the science system
Education and career
Margot studied developmental psychology and obtained her PhD in January 2015 at Leiden University. Her Phd-research was focused on the neurobiological basis of the development of self-control in children. After her PhD, Margot has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and as a postdoctoral researcher and assistant professor at Leiden University.
