Keynote by Viktor Mayer-Schönberger

Keynote speaker is Viktor Mayer-Schönberger, Professor of Internet Governance and Regulation at the Oxford Internet Institute of the University of Oxford and author of The Data Economy. In his book he describes how data based markets change our society dramatically.  

Dr. ir. Rinie van Est, coordinator at the Rathenau Instituut, will give a presentation on the Political Awakening of the Digital Society. The day will be hosted by Pieter van Boheemen, researcher at the Rathenau Instituut.
