Output

Scientific research has a wide variety of output types. Examples are publications in scientific journals and citations to these publications, and publications in other media, as well as in (contributions to) books. However, the output can also be found in people (graduates, PhDs). Figures are presented on technological outputs, such as patents. The Rathenau Instituut presents facts and figures on different forms of output.
