Analysis
The number of scientific personnel shows an increasing trend. The number of non-scientific personnel fluctuates between 1998 and 2015, but increases since 2011. Within the scientific personnel category, the number of women employed shows an increase which is much stronger than the increase in the number of men employed. Within the non-scientific personnel category, the number of men is declining, while the number of women increases.
